Event Coordination

​Are you looking for a wedding event coordinator so your family and you can enjoy the big day? M.A.E. is here to ensure the memories of your special day last a lifetime. Please note, Monge Amore Events is your wedding events coordinator from the moment you book our services, we are not a "month-out" or simply "day-of" coordinator.
EVENT COORDINATION details
* $500 Initial deposit due upon booking, which is a non-refundable retainer fee, $500 due 3-months prior to Wedding Event, and FINAL BALANCE due 2-weeks prior to Wedding Event (please note: once ALL payments are received, they are non-refundable. Late payment fees are an additional $100 if past 1-week due)
* Client to book at least 1-month prior to Wedding Event
* Complimentary thorough 1-hour Q + A to begin the process of familiarizing ourselves with your unique Wedding Event via Phone Conference or Zoom at client’s earliest convenience 

* Customized vendor, venue, restaurant and accommodation referral list
* Client to book all event vendors, Monge Amore Events to work alongside vendors

(Contracts created & signed with vendors direclty between vendor & client. Monge Amore Events is not liable for outside or referred vendors; which includes a no show and services provided by the vendors)
* Attend 1-hour meeting with the caterer for  the "venue walk-through appointment" once the client has booked all or majority of their vendors (client to provide coordinator with venue walk-through date prior to booking the appointment)
* Vendor confirmation 1-week prior to your Wedding Event via email
* Creation of day-of timeline & venue layout starts 2-months prior to your Wedding Event at Monge Amore Events location, which is owned and copyright to “Monge Amore Events” and may not be shared & used by other event companies
* Creation of your floorplan, if not provided by venue or caterer
* Creation of ceremony, grand introduction, and speeches list, if not provided by your church coordinator or DJ/MC 
* Rehearsal questionnaire and ceremony & reception checklist provided via email
* Instruct and oversee all duties of wedding party participants for reception and/or ceremony
* Set-up and breakdown of manageable reception and/or ceremony decor provided by client (favors, escort cards, guestbook,  sweetheart table decor, and misc. minor décor – M.A.E. will always handle your items with care, yet if fragile items break accidentally, M.A.E. is not held liable)

* 1-Lead coordinator & 1-assistant coordinator provided wedding day-of
* 8-hours day-of services starting the moment the coordinator arrives to your designated location
(extra $50 fee applied for every half-hour beyond 8-hours, upon availability)

* Manage venue rehearsal and/or décor check-in (1-hour) within the week of your Wedding Event
* Work closely with your DJ/MC during the reception to ensure your reception timeline (first dance, speeches, etc.) is being properly followed
* Handle necessary payments to vendors on the day of your Wedding Event, checks only (if desired)

* Monge Amore Events is not responsible for your wedding gifts/ cards/ or cash, please assign an usher to monitor
* Supervise entire reception and/or ceremony (if within 8-hour time limit)
* Attend to the client's reasonable special requests on the Wedding Event day
* Unlimited email and phone contact from the moment of booking (to respond within 48-hours or less)

* Lead Planner Ashley may be requested to work your wedding, yet not promised to work day-of. Monge Amore Events will always provide an experienced day-of wedding coordinator

2022-23 Reception only $1,500 / Ceremony & Reception $2,000

PArtial Wedding Event Planning

Have you completed some of your wedding event planning, yet need assistance for the rest of the way? M.A.E. will take the remainder of the event planning stress away.
Partial WEDDING EVENT PLANNING Details
* $750 Initial deposit due upon booking, which is a non-refundable retainer fee. $750 due 3-months prior to Wedding Event., and FINAL BALANCE due 2-weeks prior to Wedding Event (Please note: once payments are received, they are non-refundable. Late payment fees are an additional $100 if past 1-week due)
* Client to book at least 2-months prior to Wedding Event
* Complimentary thorough 2-hour in-person Q + A to begin the process of familiarizing ourselves with your unique Wedding Event via Phone Conference or Zoom at client’s earliest convenience
*
Customized vendor, venue, restaurant and accommodation referral list
* Monge Amore Events to book Partial event vendor appointments & attend Initial Design Meetings, Client to follow through with vendors (Contracts created & signed with vendors direclty between vendor & client. M.A.E. is not liable for outside or referred vendors; which includes a no show and services provided by the vendors)
* Attend 2-hour meeting for "venue walk-through/details/tasting appointment"  once all or majority of the vendors are booked
(client to provide planner with venue details/tasting date prior to booking the appointment)
* Vendor confirmation 3-weeks prior to your Wedding Event via email

* 9-hours day-of services starting the moment the planner arrives at your designated location
​(extra $50 fee applied for every half-hour beyond 9-hours, upon availability)

* Work closely with your DJ/MC during the reception to ensure your reception timeline (first dance, speeches, etc.) is being properly followed

2022 Partial Wedding Planning $3,000 / 2023 Partial Wedding Planning $3,500

Full Wedding EVent Planning

Are you someone who is busy with work, home life, or this may be the first large event that you are hosting? Tell us your vision and M.A.E. will happily plan and coordinate, leaving you time to focus on what really matters.
Full Wedding Event Planning Details
 * $1,000 Initial deposit due upon booking, which is a non-refundable retainer fee, $1,000 due 3-months prior to Wedding Event, and FINAL BALANCE due 2-weeks prior to Wedding Event (please note: once ALL payments are received, they are non-refundable. Late payment fees are an additional $100 if past 1-week due)
* Client to book at least 3-months prior to Wedding Event
​* Complimentary thorough 2-hour in-person Q + A to begin the process of  familiarizing ourselves with your unique Wedding Event via Phone Conference or Zoom and an additional 1-hour initial venue walk-through at client's preferred location within OC

* Customized vendor, venue, restaurant and accommodation referral list
* M.A.E. to book nearly ALL ​event vendor appointments (if desired) & attend nearly ALL Design Meetings, Client to follow through with vendors (Contracts reviewed by M.A.E. then signed with vendors direclty between vendor & client. M.A.E. is not liable for outside or referred vendors; which includes a no show and services provided by the vendors)
* Attend 2.5-hour meeting for "venue walk-through/ details/tasting appointment" once all or majority of vendors are booked
(client to provide planner with venue details/tasting date prior to booking the appointment)
* Vendor confirmation 4-weeks prior to your Wedding Event via email
* Creation of day-of timeline & venue layout starts 3.5-months prior to your Wedding Event at Monge Amore Events location, which is owned and copyright to “Monge Amore Events” and may not be shared & used by other event companies
* Creation of your floorplan, if not provided by venue or caterer
* Creation of your ceremony, grand entrance & speeches list, if not provided by your church coordinator or DJ/MC

* 10-hours day-of services starting the moment the planner arrives at your designated location. Second Coordinator to assist throughout the day-of (extra $50 fee applied for every half-hour beyond 10-hours, upon availability)

* Manage venue rehearsal (1-hour) within the week of your Wedding Event, along with décor drop-off
* Work closely with your DJ/MC during the reception to ensure your reception timeline (first dance, speeches, etc.) is being properly followed
* Handle necessary payments to vendors on the day of your Wedding Event, checks only (if desired)

* Monge Amore Events is not responsible for your wedding gifts/ cards/ or cash, please assign an usher to monitor

Are you someone who is looking for an extraordinary, out-of-the-box, unique, and never been seen wedding event with the potential to be featured in a well-known wedding blog or magazine? M.A.E. is here to make your inspirational wedding come to fruition. Share your style with us, and we will make your vision comes to life plus more.
​INSPIRATIONAL Design WEDDING EVENT PLANNING Details
 M.A.E.’s INSPIRATIONAL WEDDINGS have been featured in well-known wedding blogs, such as Southern California Bride, Green Wedding Shoes, Inspired by This, Bridal Musings, Carats & Cake, Wedding Chicks, Grey Likes Weddings, and Ceremony Magazine (as shown)

* $1,500 Initial deposit due upon booking, which is a non-refundable retainer fee, $1,500 due 3-months prior to Wedding Event, and FINAL BALANCE due 2-weeks prior to Wedding Event (please note: once ALL payments are received, they are non-refundable. Late payment fees are an additional $100 if past 1-week due) 
* Client to book at least 3-months prior to Wedding Event
​* Complimentary thorough 2-hour in-person Q + A to begin the process of familiarizing ourselves with your unique Wedding Event via Phone Conference or Zoom and an additional 1-hour venue walkthrough at client's preferred location within OC

* 1-Styled engagement shoot with a professional photographer, who is experienced in featured shoots (M.A.E. to provide 2-hours of styling. If client forgoes the engagement stylist, $500 off will be applied) 
* 1-Additional meeting to create “Mood Boards” for your unique, one-of-a-kind wedding
* Customized vendor, venue, restaurant and accommodation referral list
* M.A.E. to book multiple & nearly ALL ​event vendor appointments (if desired) & attend nearly ALL Design Meetings, Client and M.A.E. to follow through with vendors (Contracts reviewed by M.A.E. then signed with vendors direclty between vendor & client. M.A.E. is not liable for outside or referred vendors; which includes a no show and services provided by the vendors)
* Attend 3-hour meeting for "venue walk-through/ details/tasting appointment" to ensure the menu and venue details are cohesive with the wedding theme
(client to provide planner with venue details/tasting date prior to booking the appointment)
* Vendor confirmation 4-weeks prior to your Wedding Event via email
* Creation of day-of timeline & venue layout starts 3.5-months prior to your Wedding Event at Monge Amore Events location, which is owned and copyright to “Monge Amore Events” and may not be shared & used by other event companies  
* Creation of your floorplan, if not provided by venue or caterer
* Creation of your ceremony, grand entrance & speeches list, if not provided by your church coordinator or MC

* Work closely with your DJ/MC during the reception to ensure your reception timeline (first dance, speeches, etc.) is being properly followed
* Supervise entire ceremony & reception and handle necessary payments to vendors on the day of your Wedding Event, check only

* Monge Amore Events is not responsible for your wedding gifts/ cards/ or cash, please assign an usher to monitor
* Attend to the client's special requests on the Wedding Event day
* Unlimited email and phone contact from the moment of booking (to respond within 24-hours or less)

* Lead Planner Ashley to work your Wedding day with 1 to 2 assistant coordinator(s), unless in the rare case of an unforeseen emergency another 2 coordinators are assigned 
* 1-Final venue walk-through with the professional design vendors, within the month of the Wedding Event
* M.A.E. to submit your INSPIRATIONAL professional engagement and/or wedding photos to at most 3 large wedding blogs for a potential feature, then share on social media platforms, while working with a photographer who is experienced in published shoots

Deluxe "Littles" Parties & Shower Event Planning

Are you looking for an event planner to design a high-end event so you can focus on your little one(s) or bride’s / mama's-to-be big day? Look no further, Monge Amore Events is here to ensure the memories of their special celebration is one they will never forget. 
​Deluxe " Littles" Parties & Shower EVENT PLANNING Details
* $250 Initial deposit due upon booking, which is a non-refundable retainer fee, and FINAL BALANCE due 2-weeks prior to Event (please note: once ALL payments are received, they are non-refundable. Late payment fees are an additional $100 if past 1-week due)
* Client to book at least 1-month prior to Event
* Complimentary thorough 1-hour in-person Q & A to begin the process of familiarizing ourselves with your unique event via Phone Call or Video Conference at client’s earliest convenience 

* Preferred vendors referral list
* Client and Monge Amore Events to design & create event alongside one another, with the opportunity to be featured in a LARGE blog or magazine
*  Monge Amore Events to book vendor appointments, while the Client follows through with contracts directly with the vendors 
(Monge Amore Events is not liable for outside or referred vendors; which includes a no show and services provided by the vendors)
* Attend 1-hour meeting with the venue for  the "venue walk-through appointment" once the client has booked all or majority of their vendors (client to provide coordinator with venue walk-through date prior to booking the appointment)
* Vendor confirmation 2-weeks prior to your Event via email
* Creation of events timeline & venue layout starts 1-month prior to your Event at Monge Amore Events location, which is owned and copyright to “Monge Amore Events” and may not be shared & used by other event companies

* Set-up and breakdown of personal décor provided by the client, not provided by the vendors. Vendors are responsible for their personal set-up & breakdown 

* 1-Coordinator provided event day-of. An additional intern/assistant coordinator to be discussed 
* 5-hours day-of services starting the moment the coordinator arrives to your designated location
(extra $50 fee applied for every half-hour beyond 8-hours, upon availability)
* Work closely with your vendors during the event
* Handle necessary payments to vendors on the day of your Event, checks only (if desired)

* Monge Amore Events is not responsible for your gifts/ cards/ or cash, please assign an usher to monitor
* Supervise entire event (if within 5-hour time limit)
* Attend to the client's reasonable special requests on the Event day
