This is our "day-of" package. This package is for the couple who needs support in finalizing all the little details and rounding out the planning you've done so far. M.A.E. offers unlimited communication from the moment you book. We will manage all day-of logistics and final vendor communications making your day as smooth and stress-free as possible!
Wedding EVENT Management details
What's Included:
*9 hours day-of, starting two hours before your guests arrive
*Unlimited email and phone contact from the moment of booking
*Lead planner will supervise the ceremony and/or reception
*Lead planner will serve as the main point of contact for the venue and vendors for the entire event
The Finer Details:
*M.A.E. will provide a customized vendor referral list, based on your style and budget
*Client must book all event vendors - Contracts made and signed directly between client & vendor
*M.A.E. will attend a Final Detailing meeting with the caterer for the "venue walk-through" once the client has booked all or majority of their vendors - Client must provide coordinator with venue walk-through date prior to booking the appointment
*M.A.E. will email out final details and documents to all confirmed vendors the week of wedding
*M.A.E. will contact vendors to coordinate set up and strike times for all
*M.A.E. will create a minute-by-minute timeline for the entire event day
*M.A.E. will create your floor plan, if not provided by venue or caterer
