  • Ceremony Rehearsal & Décor Check-In:‌ Guided ceremony rehearsal during the wedding week, where we walk the couple and bridal party through processional timing, positioning, and cues to ensure a smooth and confident flow. We’ll also collect and review all personal décor, coordinating storage onsite or safely transporting items as needed for the wedding day
  • Personal Décor Styling & Breakdown‌: Full styling of your personal décor on the wedding day, ensuring every detail is executed to your vision. All personal decor, cards, and gifts will be carefully packed and sent home with you or a designated person
  • Custom Floor Plan Design:‌ Review rental selections and assist in creating tailored layouts designed to optimize flow, functionality, and overall guest experience
  • Vendor Coordination‌: Proactive communication and management of all vendors. This includes collecting venue-required insurance certificates, confirming meal counts and dietary restrictions, coordinating rental needs, and finalizing arrival and strike times. Our team serves as the main point of contact for all logistical questions
  • Venue Coordination‌: Ongoing collaboration with your venue team to ensure alignment on logistics, timeline, and overall event flow, including guidance on in-house rentals to support the design of your tablescape and overall wedding aesthetic
  • Wedding Day Management:‌ Expert wedding-day management from setup to breakdown, with M.A.E. team coverage tailored and confirmed during your timeline planning meeting
  • Additional Team Support: ‌ Your lead planner will determine assistant staffing needs approximately one month prior to the wedding based on your event details. Day-of assistants are always required to properly support your lead planner and ensure seamless wedding day execution, and will be added to your invoice accordingly.
  • Wedding Day Concierge:‌ M.A.E. team to provide attentive, hands-on support for the couple, wedding party, family members, and guests to ensure everyone feels taken care of throughout the day
